摘  要:目的:探讨以导师制结合专题汇报为主导的多元化教学模式在五年制本科临床医学生风湿免疫科实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选择在枣庄市立医院实习的临床医学本科学生共计60人为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30人。试验组采用以导师制结合专题汇报为主导的多元化教学模式,对照组采用传统实践教学法,对比两组学生试卷成绩及出科Mini-CEX成绩,并对试验组学生进行教学效果问卷调查,对试验组教师进行形成性评价。结果:问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生对本教学模式的总满意率为90%。试验组学生的试卷成绩及Mini-CEX成绩显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教师的整体形成性评价较高,认为教师表现优秀的比例为87.33%。结论:以导师制结合专题汇报为主导的多元化教学模式能显著提高五年制本科临床医学生的学习成绩及分析解决临床问题的能力,其教学效果优于传统教学模式。Objective:To explore the application effect of a diversified teaching model,combining the mentor system with topic reports,in the rheumatology and immunology practical teaching for five-year clinical medical students.Methods:A total of 60 clinical medical undergraduates interning at Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group was taught using a diversified model led by the mentor system combined with topic reports,while the control group used traditional practical teaching methods.The students'exam scores and Mini-CEX scores were compared,and the experimental group students were surveyed on teaching effectiveness,with formative evaluations conducted for their teachers.Results:Survey results showed that 90%of experimental group students were satisfied with the teaching model.The experimental group had significantly better exam and Mini-CEX scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group students also gave higher formative evaluations for the teachers,with 87.33%of them rating the teachers as excellent.Conclusion:The diversified teaching model led by the mentor system combined with topic reports significantly improves the learning outcomes and the ability to analyze and solve clinical problems in five-year clinical medical students,demonstrating superior teaching effectiveness over traditional models.
