摘  要:研究旨采用体内法和仿生法评定蚕蛹粉在鸡上的营养价值,为其饲料化开发利用提供科学的数据参考。仿生法采用单胃动物仿生消化系统测定脱脂蚕蛹粉在鸡上的酶水解能值和营养成分消化率;体内法选用160只AA肉仔鸡,随机分成2组,分别饲喂蚕蛹粉半纯合日粮、无氮日粮,收集22~25日龄粪便,测定代谢能和营养成分消化率。结果表明:体内法测定的蚕蛹粉在肉鸡上的代谢能为16.85 MJ/Kg,仿生法测定的脱脂蚕蛹粉对鸡的酶水解能值为15.62 MJ/kg;体内法测定的蚕蛹粉干物质、粗蛋白的消化率均低于仿生法的测定值,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。仿生法测定的总氨基酸体外消化率为92.03%,体内法测定的总氨基酸消化率为88.28%,低于仿生法测定值(P<0.05),天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸等8种氨基酸的体内消化率低于仿生法测定值(P<0.05)。综上所述,体内法与仿生法测定的蚕蛹粉中蛋氨酸、精氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸等鸡的限制性氨基酸可利用率都较高;体内法与仿生法测定的部分氨基酸消化率有差异。In this study,the nutritional value of silkworm chrysalis powder in chickens was evaluated by in vivo method and bionic method,so as to provide scientific data reference for the development and utilization of silkworm chrysalis powder as feed.The enzymatic hydrolysis energy and nutrient digestibility of defatted silkworm chrysalis powder in chickens were determined by using single-stomach animal bionic digestive system;in vivo method,160 AA broilers were randomly divided into two groups,fed with silkworm pupa powder semi-pure diet and nitrogen-free diet respectively,and feces of 22-25 days old were collected to determine metabolic energy and nutrient digestibility.The results showed that the metabolic energy of silkworm chrysalis powder measured in vivo was 16.85 MJ/kg in broilers,and the enzymatic hydrolysis energy of defatted silkworm chrysalis powder measured by bionic method was 15.62 MJ/kg in broilers;the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein of silkworm chrysalis powder determined by in vivo method was lower than that determined by bionic method,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The digestibility of total amino acids determined by biomimetic method was 92.03%and 88.28%in vivo method,respectively,which was lower than that determined by bionic method(P<0.05).The digestibility of 8 kinds of amino acids such as aspartate,threonine and glycine in vivo was lower than that determined by bionic method(P<0.05).To sum up,the availability of methionine,arginine,leucine,isoleucine and threonine in silkworm chrysalis powder determined by in vivo and bionic were higher;the digestibility of some amino acids determined by in vivo method was different from that determined by biomimetic method.
