摘　　要：在新时代健康中国、体育强国思想的有力指引下,“互联网+”高等学校公共体育课堂教学模式迎来了更多新的困难与挑战。利用“互联网技术”解决教育资源整合问题,精准重构课程知识体系,合理构建翻转课堂教学模式,全面优化课程考核方式方法,力争为高等学校公共体育课堂教学模式的改革与创新提供新的思路及方案,有效推动高校公共体育课堂教学质量的改进及提升,多措并举为德智体美劳全面发展创新型人才的引导与培育奠定坚实的课堂基础。Under the strong guidance of the idea of a healthy China and a sports power in the new era,the Internet Plus public sports classroom teaching model in colleges and universities has ushered in more new difficulties and challenges.Use Internet Technology to solve the problem of educational resource integration,accurately reconstruct the curriculum knowledge system,reasonably construct the flipped classroom teaching mode,comprehensively optimize the curriculum assessment methods,and strive to provide new ideas and plans for the reform and innovation of public physical education classroom teaching mode in colleges and universities,effectively promote the improvement and promotion of the quality of public physical education classroom teaching in colleges and universities,and take multiple measures to lay a solid classroom foundation for the guidance and cultivation of innovative talents in the all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor.
