摘　　要：报告1例色素性小汗腺汗孔瘤患者。头部结节8年。皮肤科检查:头顶部黑褐色结节,表面乳头状突起。皮肤镜检查:大的蓝灰色卵圆形巢,散在蓝灰色、棕色球和点,大小不一粉红色及褐黑色半球形突起,粉色无结构区,周边可见短小线状血管。皮损组织病理:表皮角化不全,境界清楚的瘤细胞团,从表皮向下延伸入真皮,瘤细胞为小立方细胞,胞核呈圆形,深嗜碱性,未见明显核分裂像,可见导管分化,部分肿瘤区域可见色素颗粒。诊断:色素性小汗腺汗孔瘤。治疗:手术切除。A case of pigmented eccrine poroma is reported.A 28-year-old male presented with nodules having existed on the head for eight years.Dermatologic examination showed dark brown nodules on the top of the head with papillary prominences.Dermatoscopy showed large bluish-gray oval nests scattered in bluish-gray,brown balls and dots,with hemispherical protrusions of varying sizes in pink and brown black,pink unstructured areas,and short linear vessels around them.Lesion histopathology showed insufficiency of epidermal keratosis,tumor cell clusters with a clear boundary and extending from the epidermis deep into the dermis.The tumor cells were small cubic cells with round nuclei and deep stains of hematoxylin.No obvious nuclear mitosis was observed,catheter differentiation and pigment particles were visible in some tumor areas.Diagnosis:pigmented eccrine poroma.Treatment:surgical excision.
