摘　　要：研究旨在比较儿童学习椅单双靠背在为儿童提供支撑和舒适度方面的差异。通过体压分布测试的方法,对比不同学龄阶段儿童在使用不同形态的单靠背和双靠背学习椅时的体压分布情况,并对实验结果进行分析,总结得出:对于学龄初期与中期儿童,他们身体体量较小,更适合使用单靠背学习椅;这种学习椅能够为儿童的腰背部提供范围较小的多点支撑,助力养成稳定的合理坐姿。而对于学龄后期儿童,因为身材的变化,躯干更宽,对坐具靠背支撑的需求更高,而肺形双靠背在使用时压力分散在脊椎两侧,提供大范围多点支撑,减少局部压力集中,利于维持健康坐姿、提高学习效率。本研究通过对比不同形态单双靠背的舒适度,为儿童学习椅靠背选择提供科学依据,这一点有助于维护其身体健康和学习效果,为座椅靠背设计提供借鉴和指导。This paper aims to compare single-back and double-back learning chairs for children in terms of support and comfort.Through body pressure distribution testing,it examines how children at different school-age stages respond to single-back and double-back learning chair designs by analyzing their body pressure distribution patterns while seated.The findings indicate that,for early and middle school-age children with smaller body size,singleback chairs are more suitable.This type of chair can provide multi-point support within a relatively small range for children's lumbar and back regions,helping them develop stable and proper sitting postures.In contrast,later school-age children with wider torsos need more backrest support.For them,due to the higher demand for backrest support,when using the lung-shaped double-back chair,the pressure is distributed on both sides of the spine,providing a wide range of multipoint support,reducing local pressure concentration,which is beneficial for maintaining healthy sitting postures and improving learning efficiency.This type of design has a smooth curve and a suitable backrest wrapping arc,which fits the child's back curve,making the pressure distribution more uniform and improving the child's sitting comfort.This study provides a scientific basis for backrest selection and guidance for design,aiding in maintaining children’s health and learning effects.
