摘 要:为提升职业教育人才培养质量,重塑职业教育教学形态,辽宁省开展首批技术技能人才能力图谱建设工作。在产教融合背景下,以船舶工程技术专业为例,基于国家专业标准中对船舶工程技术专业的描述与主要岗位任务能力要求,建立“专业—岗位—能力—能力单元—技能点、知识点”谱系,并修订船舶工程技术专业人才培养方案,将图谱应用到日常教学中,有效提升了学习效果。To enhance the quality of talent training in vocational education and reshape the teaching mode of vocational education,Liaoning Province has initiated the construction of the first batch of competency frameworks for technical and skilled talents.Under the background of industry-education integration,taking ship engineering technology major as an example,a framework is established based on the description and the competency requirements for key job tasks of the ship engineering technology major in the national professional standards,this framework includes a hierarchy of"major-position-capability-capability units-skill points and knowledge points".And the author also revises the talent training program for the ship engineering technology major.By incorporating the competency framework into daily teaching,the learners'learning outcome has been effectively improved.
