海事职业院校高素质船员队伍建设路径探究

摘　　要：高素质船员队伍建设对于保障航运安全、提高运输效率以及促进航运业的持续发展具有重要意义。海事职业院校作为培养船员综合素质能力的重要阵地,应当充分发挥其在培养高素质船员队伍中的作用和优势,积极探索建设高素质船员队伍的路径,赋能助力水上运输业的发展,推进交通强国建设。以国内某海事高职院校为例,在分析高素质船员队伍的内涵与现状的基础上,对建设高素质船员队伍路径展开探究,为职业院校开展相关工作提供借鉴。The construction of a high-quality crew team is of great significance for ensuring shipping safety,improving transportation efficiency,and promoting the sustainable development of the shipping industry.Maritime vocational colleges,as an important link in improving the comprehensive quality and ability of sailors,should fully leverage their role and advantages in cultivating a high-quality crew team,actively explore the path of building a high-quality crew team,help empower the development of water transportation industry,and promote the construction of a strong transportation country.Based on the analysis of the connotation and current situation of high-quality crew tem,this paper takes a maritime vocational college in China as an example to explore the path of building a high-quality crew team,providing reference for various colleges to carry out related work.
