青少年校园足球政策执行力及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：以四川省为研究案例,采用模糊综合评价法、360度评估法等方法对青少年校园足球政策执行力进行定量评估,继而采用因子分析法对影响青少年校园足球政策执行力的因素进行定量分析。研究发现,四川省青少年校园足球政策执行力综合得分为73.23分,但政策执行透明度和政策执行社会效益还有待完善。政策设计、政策执行质量、政策执行资源、政策执行环境和政策执行效益等5个因子是影响青少年校园足球政策执行力的主要因素。Taking Sichuan Province as a case study,uses methods such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and 360 degree evaluation to evaluate the implementation of youth campus football policies quantitatively.Then,quantitative factor analysis is used in the factors that affect the implementation of youth campus football policies.It is found that the comprehensive score of the implementation of the youth campus football policy in Sichuan Province is 73.23 points,but the transparency and social benefits of policy implementation still need to be improved.The main factors affecting the implementation of youth campus football policies are policy design,quality of policy implementers,policy implementation resources,policy implementation environment,and policy implementation effectiveness.
