摘 要:学校菜园教育不仅是种植活动,也是将园艺与户外活动融入学校课程体系的体验式、跨学科的创新学习模式。研究对国内外相关文献进行综述,通过参与菜园的实践活动,儿童青少年能够提升环境意识,促进健康饮食习惯的养成,增强动手能力、增加体育活动,同时使其在责任感和社会情感方面得到积极发展。School garden education is not only a planting activity,but also an experiential,interdisciplinary,innovative and learning model that integrates gardening and outdoor activities into the school curriculum.The research summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad and concludes that,by participating in the practical activities of vegetable gardens,children and adolescents could enhance their environmental awareness,promote the formation of healthy eating habits,enhance their hands-on ability and physical activities,and at the same time make them develop positively in their sense of responsibility and social emotions.
