摘 要:中医康复学专业是结合中国国情和康复医疗发展需求产生的一门新兴、复合型中医类本科专业,人才培养强调“中医为体、西医为用”,突出传统康复和现代康复的整合创新。良好的思维能力是连接理论与实践的桥梁,整合思维能力的构建与实施对中医康复学专业建设和提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。结合当前各院校多元化、差异化的培养方式,尤其针对思维能力培养的紧迫性和重要性,着重从“师资队伍整合”“教学方式整合”“考核评价方法整合”3个维度出发,探讨了整合思维在中医康复学专业人才培养过程中的具体应用,以期为医学院校中医康复学专业人才培养提供借鉴和参考,也为更好地响应“健康中国”战略和培养高质量中医康复人才提供实践指导。Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)major is a new and compound TCM undergraduate major produced in combination with China's national conditions and the needs of rehabilitation medical development.Talent training emphasizes“TCM as the body and Western medicine as the use”,highlighting the integration and innovation of traditional rehabilitation and modern rehabilitation.Good thinking ability is a bridge between theory and practice.The construction and implementation of integrated thinking ability is of great significance to the construction of TCM rehabilitation specialty and the improvement of talent training quality.Combined the current diversified and differentiated training methods of colleges and universities,especially in view of the urgency and importance of thinking ability training,this paper focuses on the three dimensions:“teacher team integration”“teaching method integration”“evaluation method integration”,and discusses the specific application of integrated thinking in the talent training process of TCM rehabilitation major students.In order to provide reference for the training of TCM rehabilitation professionals in medical colleges and universities,it also provides practical guidance for better responding to the“Healthy China Strategy”and training high-quality TCM rehabilitation talents.
