摘 要:刺法灸法学实训教学是培养针灸推拿学专业学生临床能力的重要手段,但临床知识大多抽象难懂,且实训条件有限,制约了人才培养的进程。虚拟仿真技术作为一种创新的教学手段,具有感知性、沉浸性、交互性等特点,能够有效帮助学生了解实践教学中的知识难点,掌握刺法灸法核心技能。以虚拟仿真技术在课程实践教学中的应用思路、具体环节与课程设计3个方面为重点进行具体分析,结合刺法灸法学实践教学中的难点与痛点、虚拟现实技术在针灸中的应用进展,提出建设远程教学平台、虚拟解剖与经络穴位展示、互动模拟训练、案例模拟分析等方式,将虚拟仿真技术融入刺法灸法实践教学,能很好地解决当下刺法灸法学实践教学所面临的难点与痛点。The practical training in needling and moxibustion techniques is an important method for cultivating clinical abilities in students majoring in acupuncture and massage therapy.However,clinical knowledge is often abstract and difficult to understand,and limited training conditions hinder the progress of talent development.Virtual simulation technology,as an innovative teaching method,features perception,immersion,and interactivity,effectively helping students to understand difficult points in practical teaching and master core skills in needling and moxibustion.This paper focuses on the application of virtual simulation technology in course practice teaching,analyzing three aspects:application ideas,specific processes,and course design.It addresses the difficulties and challenges in the practical teaching of needling and moxibustion,as well as the progress of virtual reality technology in acupuncture.The paper proposes building a remote teaching platform,virtual anatomy and meridian point demonstrations,interactive simulation training,and case simulation analysis,integrating virtual simulation technology into the practical teaching of needling and moxibustion.This approach can effectively resolve the difficulties and challenges faced in current practical teaching of these techniques.
