摘  要:新一轮医学教育改革正如火如荼,其核心是建立完善的以岗位胜任力为导向的医学人才培养和评价体系。在此背景下,中医医师考试的改革和医教考协同的深度融合正不断完善中医医师人才培养和评价体系。多年来,以岗位胜任力为导向,安徽中医药大学针对中医临床人才培养和评价体系进行了系统的研究、设计、探索与实践,构建出了中医类学生临床能力系统化、全过程的培养和评价体系。在这一体系中,作为人才培养及评价的重要一环,客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)已成为有效的临床能力评价手段,在安徽中医药大学已成功开展14年,为学校中医临床人才培养和考核奠定了坚实的基础。就安徽中医药大学OSCE实践与探索情况进行了介绍,讨论了OSCE在中医临床教育教学中的新作用及发展趋势。The new round of medical education reform is in full swing,the core of which is to establish a perfect post-competency-oriented medical talent training and evaluation system.Against this background,the reform of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician examination and the deep integration of medication,education,and examination are continuously promoting the training and evaluation system of TCM physicians.Over the years,we conducted systematic research,design,exploration,and practice for the training and evaluation system of TCM talents based on post competency,and built a systematic whole process training and evaluation system of clinical competence of TCM students.In this system,as an important part of talent training and evaluation,Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)has been successfully carried out for 14 years.And as an effective means of clinical competence evaluation,it has laid a solid foundation for the training and evaluation of TCM talents in our university.This paper introduces the practice and exploration of OSCE in our university,discusses the new role and development trend of OSCE in medical education.
