摘  要:过往的研究表明:就业人格是整个就业能力中重要的组成部分。它在就业能力的发育、成长过程中承载着核心功能。大学生就业人格的关键成长期在大学学习期间,主要完成于学校的人伦氛围中。这种氛围主要体现在两个维度:师生关系和生生关系。可以说,这两个重要的人际关系维度决定了大学生就业人格的基本态势。而这种基本态势必然在最大程度上受到当下教学评价体系的影响。为此,本文从高校人伦关系的角度探讨就业能力人伦基础的建构与发展。采用历史回顾和哲学分析的研究方法,系统性回顾以学分绩点制、学生评教制为典型代表的当代高等教育评价制度的起源、发展以及对高校人伦关系、就业能力核心因素就业人格培塑的影响,同时,总结中国传统“师徒如父子”“同窗如手足”的人伦关系的由来、内涵以及对于大学生就业人格培塑的当代意义。力图为夯实大学生就业能力的人伦基础提供可能的方向。This paper aims to explore the construction and development of the ethical foundation of employability from the perspective of interpersonal relationships in higher education.Employing historical review and philosophical analysis as research methods,it systematically reviews the origins and development of contemporary higher education evaluation systems,typified by the grade point average system and student evaluation of teaching,as well as their negative impacts on interpersonal relationships in higher education and the cultivation of the core factors of employability,namely,the employment personality.Additionally,the paper summarizes the origins and connotations of the classical Chinese higher education interpersonal relationships characterized by"teacher-student relationships akin to father-son"and"peer relationships akin to siblings,"and discusses their contemporary significance for the cultivation of the employment personality among college students.By delving into the essence of teacher-student and peer relationships in traditional Chinese educational wisdom,this paper provides a potential direction for solidifying the ethical foundation of employability in China.
