摘  要:思政教育旨在利用教育活动培养学生的社会责任感、职业道德,提升其综合素质和思想水平。文章探讨了在高校有机化学实验教学中引入思政教育理念的必要性,分析了当前教学实践中存在的问题。并提出了利用多元目标设置、科技责任讨论、设计价值驱动的实验任务及构建多维职业道德评价等路径,深化思政教育与实验教学的融合,以培养学生掌握有机化学技能,具备社会责任意识、科研诚信和团队合作精神,为新时代科技创新和社会发展储备高素质化学人才。Ideological and political education aims to cultivate students’sense of social responsibility and professional ethics through educational activities,thereby enhancing their overall quality and ideological level.This paper discusses the necessity of introducing the concept of ideological and political education into university organic chemistry laboratory teaching,analyzes the existing problems in current teaching practices,and proposes pathways such as setting diverse goals,discussing scientific and technological responsibilities,designing value-driven laboratory tasks,and establishing multidimensional professional ethics evaluations.These approaches aim to deepen the integration of ideological and political education with laboratory teaching,fostering students’social responsibility,scientific integrity,and team spirit alongside their mastery of organic chemistry skills.This integration prepares high-quality chemistry talents for scientif ic innovation and social development in the new era.
