“一核两面三维四阵地”高职商务英语课程思政育人矩阵的建构与实践

摘　　要：基于“价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养”三位一体的根本要求,构建了高职商务英语专业“一核两面三维四阵地”课程思政育人矩阵。该矩阵主要解决如何以培养高素质技能型英语专业人才为核心,将课程思政有机融合于育人全过程,实现专业建设各维度的全面提升。本研究以揭阳职业技术学院外语系商务英语专业作为研究样本对该矩阵进行实践,研究表明该专业学生在价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养等方面的满意度均高于其他同类专业。Based on the fundamental requirements of"value shaping,knowledge imparting,and ability cultivation,"this study constructs a"One Core,Two Aspects,Three Dimensions,Four Positions"ideological and political education matrix for business English courses in higher vocational education.The matrix primarily addresses how to take cultivating high-quality,skilled English professionals as the core,organically integrate ideological and political education into the entire educational process,and achieve comprehensive improvement in various aspects of professional construction.The study puts this matrix into practice with the business English major from the Foreign Languages Department of Jieyang Vocational and Technical College as a sample.The research indicates that students in this major have higher satisfaction levels in value shaping,knowledge imparting,and ability cultivation compared to other similar majors.
