摘 要:为了解决恒温恒湿控制系统应用在高精密水电厂中控制精度较低的问题,设计一种基于物联网技术的高精密水电厂生产区恒温恒湿控制系统。硬件部分设计了包括控制器、触摸屏、传感器组、加湿模块、物联网组件、温度控制模块、除湿模块等在内的系统总体架构,并对物联网通信串口模块的引脚功能进行分配。软件部分的设计过程中,通过分析系统中前馈解耦示意图,创新性地应用不变性原理实现温度和湿度的控制解耦,并得到前馈补偿环节的计算式,从而优化前馈解耦控制流程。仿真试验结果表明,该系统温度控制最大偏差仅为0.2℃、温度稳态误差为0.08℃、相对湿度最大偏差仅为0.35%、相对湿度稳态误差为0.11%。该系统在温度和湿度控制方面具有较高的精确度和稳定性,可以有效实现高精密水电厂生产区的温湿度精准控制。To solve the problem of low control accuracy of constant temperature and humidity control system applied in highprecision hydropower plant,a constant temperature and humidity control system for production area of high-precision hydropower plant based on the Internet of Things technology is designed.The hardware part designs the general architecture of the system including controller,touch screen,sensor group,humidification module,Internet of Things component,temperature control module,dehumidification module,etc.,and assigns the pin functions of Internet of Things communication serial port module.During the design process of the software part,the feedforward decoupling schematic in the system is analyzed,the invariance principle is innovatively applied to realize the control decoupling of temperature and humidity,and the computational equation of the feedforward compensation link is obtained,so that the feedforward decoupling control process is optimized.The simulation test results show that the maximum deviation of temperature control of the system is only 0.2℃,the steady-state error of temperature is 0.08℃,the maximum deviation of relative humidity is only 0.35%,and the steady-state error of relative humidity is 0.11%.The system has high accuracy and stability in temperature and humidity control,and can effectively realize the precise control of temperature and humidity in the production area of high-precision hydropower plant.
