摘  要:采用超声波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取野菊花挥发油,以其得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化提取野菊花挥发油的工艺,并分析其与生姜挥发油成分及协同抗氧化活性。结果表明:野菊花挥发油的最佳提取条件为超声时间40 min、提取温度203℃、料液比1∶14(g/mL),在此条件下野菊花挥发油得率为0.548%。野菊花、生姜挥发油中均含有桉叶油醇等多种抗氧化活性成分。与单一挥发油相比,襄阳、麻城的野菊花挥发油与生姜挥发油协同使用可使DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·清除率有较大提升,表明襄阳、麻城的野菊花挥发油与生姜挥发油具有良好的协同抗氧化作用,是开发天然抗氧化剂的良好原料。The volatile oil from Chrysanthemum indicum L.was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted steam distillation.Taking the yield as the evaluation index,the extraction process of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum indicum L.was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiments,and its synergistic antioxidant activity with Zingiber officinale Roscoe was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for Chrysanthemum indicum L.volatile oil were ultrasonic time 40 min,extraction temperature 203℃,and material-liquid ratio 1∶14(g/mL),and the yield of Chrysanthemum indicum L.volatile oil was 0.548%under these conditions.The volatile oils of Chrysanthemum indicum L.and Zingiber officinale Roscoe both contained eucalyptol and other antioxidant active ingredients.Compared with single volatile oil,the synergistic use of Xiangyang and Macheng Chrysanthemum indicum L.and Zingiber officinale Roscoe volatile oils resulted in a great increase in the scavenging rate of DPPH·and ABTS^(+)·,indicating that the Xiangyang and Macheng Chrysanthemum indicum L.and Zingiber officinale Roscoe volatile oils had good synergistic antioxidant effects,and were good raw materials for the development of natural antioxidants.
