摘　　要：本文建立以α-淀粉酶进行酶解,经氢氧化钠和盐酸调节等电点形成沉淀的前处理方法提取婴幼儿配方奶粉中的牛磺酸,并采用邻苯二甲醛进行柱后衍生,以高效液相色谱法测定对婴幼儿配方奶粉中的牛磺酸,外标法定量。牛磺酸标准工作曲线在1.0~50 mg/L内线性范围良好,相关系数为0.9997,线性方程为y=15076x-3759.7,为外标法定量。婴幼儿配方奶粉中牛磺酸标准工作溶液添加回收率为85.3%~88.7%,测得的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.39%~5.10%之间。方法的检出限、定量限、回收率、精密度均满足GB/T 27417-2017《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》的要求,可作为日常检测的应用。A pre-treatment method was established for the extraction of taurine from infant formula milk powder,involving enzymatic hydrolysis usingα-amylase and the formation of precipitate by adjusting the isoelectric point with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid.The extracted taurine was derivatized post-column with ortho-phthalaldehyde and quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with an external standard method.The standard working curve of taurine showed good linearity within the range of 1.0〜50 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997,and the linear equation was defined as y=15076x-3759.7 for external standard quantification.The recovery rates for the standard working solution of taurine added to the infant formula milk powder ranged from 85.3%〜88.7%,and the measured relative standard deviation(n=6)fell between 3.39%and 5.10%.The detection limit,quantitation limit,recovery rate and precision of the method all met the requirements of GB/T 27417-2017“Guidelines for the Confirmation and Validation of Chemical Analysis Methods”,and it can be used for daily detection.
