摘 要:在数字化转型与创新的双重驱动下,企业战略发展正面临前所未有的深刻变革与严峻挑战。如何将数字化转型与创新理念有机融入企业总体战略管理之中,实现三者之间的协同推进,已成为企业管理层亟须解决的难题。基于此,本文深入剖析了组织流程变革、分工与整合、领导力重构这三个在数字化转型与创新背景下企业战略管理的关键支点,并明确指出企业战略实施的具体过程需处理复杂的多层因果关系和内在机制。据此,本文构建了一个整合的分层管理框架,旨在助力企业建立统一的战略管理视图,全面提升管理效率,确保战略管理过程中的精准决策与有效实施。In the dual-driven context of digital transformation and innovation,enterprise strategic development is facing unprecedented profound changes and severe challenges.How to organically integrate digital transformation and innovation concepts into the overall strategic management of enterprises to achieve a collaborative advancement of all three has become a pressing issue for business leaders.Based on this,the paper delves into three key areas in the strategic management of enterprises under the background of digital transformation and innovation:organizational process change,division of labor and integration,and leadership restructuring.It clearly points out that the specific process of strategy implementation requires handling complex multi-layered causal relationships and internal mechanisms.In light of this,the paper constructs an integrated layered management framework,aiming to assist enterprises in establishing a unified strategic management view,comprehensively enhancing management efficiency,and ensuring precise decision-making and effective implementation in the strategic management process.
