摘 要:临床药物治疗反应个体差异显著,导致该现象的因素众多,基因层面的单核苷酸多态性对药物相关基因的编码是主要因素之一。药物基因组学致力于研究基因与药物相互作用的关系,基于其研究结果结合患者基因型,可为患者提供个性化的用药指导。种族和民族间的基因多样性差异对药物反应的影响已得到广泛认可,针对不同群体的药物相关基因研究显得尤为迫切。回族作为中国分布广泛且人口众多的少数民族,针对该民族药物相关基因的研究对理解回族人群药物代谢和反应模式至关重要,有助于提高该人群药物治疗有效性、安全性及经济性,同时为全球个体化用药发展做出贡献。Individual differences in response to clinical drug therapy are significant,and there are many factors contributing to this phenomenon,with single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)coding for drug-related genes at the gene level being one of the major factors.Pharmacogenomics is dedicated to the study of the relationship between gene-drug interactions,and based on its findings combined with patient genotypes,it can provide personalized medication guidance to patients.The influence of genetic diversity among races and ethnic groups on drug response has been widely recognized,and drug-related gene research for different groups is particularly urgent.The study of drug-related genes in the Hui ethnic group,as a widely distributed and populous minority in China,is crucial to the understanding of drug metabolism and response patterns in the Hui population,which will help to improve the efficacy,safety,and cost-effectiveness of drug therapy in this population and contribute to the development of individualized drug use in the world.
