摘  要:目的 探讨介入手术观摩联合文献导读式教学在血管外科临床教学中的应用。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年2月在首都医科大学宣武医院血管外科参加住院医师规范化培训的医学硕士专业学位研究生60人作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30人,观察组采用介入手术观摩联合文献导读式教学,对照组采用传统教学。所有学员培训时间1个月,结束后对所有学员的理论和实践操作进行考核,指导医师对教学效果进行评价;通过Likert 5级评分法调查学员的满意度。结果 观察组理论成绩为(94.00±0.56)分、实践操作成绩(95.00±0.92)分,显著高于对照组的(80.00±0.29)分,(82.00±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学效果评价为优良(80分以上)的比例(80%)明显高于对照组(50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院医师满意度得分为(4.50±0.69)分,对照组为(3.70±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 介入手术观摩联合文献导读教学法有利于提高学员的学习成绩,激发学员的科研兴趣,提升临床技能。Objective To explore the role of interventional operation observation combined with literature guidance teaching in the clinical teaching of vascular surgery.Methods A total of 60 graduate students rotating in the Vascular Surgery Department from January 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 students in each group.The experimental group was applied with the interventional operation observation combined with literature guidance teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching.All students received training for one month,the unified theory and practice tests were conducted for all students,the guiding physicians evaluated teaching effectiveness,and the satisfaction of students was investigated by Likert 5 scale.Results The theoretical test score and clinical operation test score of the experimental group were(94.00±0.56)and(95.00±0.92)respectively,which were significantly higher than(80.00±0.29)and(82.00±0.79)of the control group respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of excellent teaching in the experimental group(80%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Likert 5 score of the experimental group was(4.50±0.69),which was significantly higher than(3.70±0.86)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of"interventional operation observation combined with literature guidance"is more conducive to improving students'academic performance,stimulating students'learning interest,and enhancing students'clinical operation skills.
