摘 要:特殊教育学校中职班不仅是特殊教育和职业教育协同办学以促进残疾学生生涯发展并融入社会的新尝试,更是贯彻落实党的二十大报告提出“强化特殊教育普惠发展”战略部署和国家《“十四五”特殊教育发展提升行动计划》中的“适宜融合”发展理念的具体实践。当前存在特殊教育学校中职班相关政策建设不足、资源配置不均衡、组织制度不完善、师资力量不充足等问题。未来,可通过合理设点布局、规范管理机制以及完善师资队伍建设等措施来促进特殊教育学校中职班的普惠优质发展。Vocational classes in special education schools are not only a new attempt to promote the career development and integration of disabled students into society through the coordinated operation of special education and vocational education,but also a concrete practice of implementing the strategic deployment of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to strengthen the inclusive development of special education and the"suitable integration"development concept in the national"14th Five Year Plan for the Development and Improvement of Special Education".In accordance with the policy requirements for running vocational classes in special education schools,it is difficult for vocational classes in special education schools to achieve high-quality development in practice due to uneven resource allocation,imperfect organizational systems,and insufficient teaching staff.In the future,measures such as rationally setting up the layout to optimize the temporal and spatial allocation,standardizing the management mechanisms to enhance the collaborative education ability of diverse subjects,and improving the construction of teaching staff to consolidate the driving mechanism for the development of vocational classes,so as to promote the development of vocational classes in special education schools,and thus promote the career development and social integration of students withdisabilities.
