摘  要:培养创新人才是国家、民族长远发展的大计。超常儿童作为拔尖创新人才的重要后备力量,是拔尖创新人才早期培养的富矿。在当前我国国家发展战略迫切需要培养创新人才的背景下,结合国际教育形成性评价向全面化、动态化、过程化、个性化和信息化的发展趋势,针对我国超常儿童教育评价理论与实践中存在的内容片面、标准单一、工具局限、与教育脱节等短板,形成对建构我国超常儿童评价框架的建议,确立基于国家战略发展的超常儿童评价目标,设立特征突出的评价维度,应用数字化技术工具赋能,秉持教学评一致性原则,倡导过程灵活、结果开放的评价模式,为超常儿童的差异化和个性化培养提供策略支撑。Cultivating innovative talents is a major plan for the long-term development of the country and the nation.As an important reserve force for top-notch innovative talents,gifted children are a rich mine for early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.The main connotation of the cutting-edge theory of formative evaluation emphasizes that evaluation is a complete process integrated into education and teaching,with feedback as the prominent feature,pointing to adjustment and development based on the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation,focusing on providing positive support for students'growth,and paying attention to process evaluation and outcome evaluation.The current characteristics of domestic and international experience in evaluating the education of gifted children are:clear and specific evaluation functions;comprehensive evaluation content;diverse and rich evaluation methods,and the evaluation results point to development.Based on the basic ideas and cutting-edge dynamics of formative assessment theory,the following inspirations are formed for the construction of an evaluation system for gifted children in China:establishing evaluation goals for gifted children,setting distinctive evaluation content,empowering formative assessment for gifted children with digital technology tools,advocating a flexible and open evaluation model,and providing strategic support for differentiated teaching.
