摘  要:学前融合教师的职业成长是确保学前教育质量、实现教育公平的核心要素与关键问题。为探讨学前融合教师传统文化感知对职业成长的影响,以及技术接受度与工作不安全感在其间的链式中介效应,本研究采用问卷调查方式,收集了来自38所学前融合幼儿园的406名教师的有效数据。结果显示,学前融合教师的传统文化感知对职业成长具有显著正向促进作用,技术接受度是传统文化感知与职业成长之间的中介变量;工作不安全感是传统文化感知与学前融合教师职业成长之间的中介变量;技术接受度和工作不安全感在传统文化感知与学前融合教师职业成长之间起链式中介作用。鉴于此,建议构建文化情境、重视技术接纳度以及丰富情感支持资源体系等,以期为学前融合教师的职业成长创造良好的环境。The professional growth of preschool inclusive teachers is a core element and a critical issue for ensuring the quality of preschool education and achieving educational equity.This study explores the impact of traditional cultural perception on the professional growth of preschool inclusive teachers,as well as the chain mediation effect of technology acceptance and job insecurity.A questionnaire survey collected valid data from 406 teachers across 38 preschool inclusive kindergartens.Results indicate that traditional cultural perception significantly promotes the professional growth of preschool inclusive teachers.Technology acceptance serves as a mediating variable between traditional cultural perception and professional growth,while job insecurity also acts as a mediating variable between traditional cultural perception and professional growth.Technology acceptance and job insecurity jointly function as a chain mediation mechanism in the relationship between traditional cultural perception and professional growth.In view of this,recommendations are put forward including fostering a cultural context,emphasizing technology acceptance,and enriching resources for emotional support,aiming to create a favorable environment for the professional growth of preschool inclusive teachers。
