摘 要:职教高考是与职业教育类型身份相匹配的高考制度,其公平属性承载着职业教育发展的民生期待。教育公平是社会正义的价值追求,罗尔斯的正义理论是探析职教高考公平性的可行视角。机会公正平等原则和差别原则贯穿职教高考制度公平性建设的始终。在机会公正平等原则下,职教高考主要通过社会境况的拉平优待、教育资源的公平可及、圈层流动的制度保障落实其公平诉求。在差别原则方面,职教高考又通过入学机会的差异补偿、能力发展的多元认可、教育生态的互惠共生等途径彰显其公平规约。职教高考制度的公平性建构,不仅是教育领域践行公平正义理念的生动体现,更是推动社会和谐发展的关键力量。未来仍需进一步完善职教高考制度,以不断推动教育公平与社会正义的稳步实现。Vocational education college entrance examination is the college entrance examination system that matches with vocational education type identity,and its fairness attribute concerns the livelihood expectations of vocational education development.Educational equity is the value pursuit of social justice,and Rawls'theory of justice is a feasible perspective for exploring the fairness of vocational education entrance examination.The principles of fair and equal opportunities and differentiation run through the construction of fairness in the vocational education college entrance examination system.Under the principle of fair and equal opportunities,the vocational education college entrance examination mainly implements its fairness demands through equalization and preferential treatment of social conditions,fairness accessibility of educational resources,and institutional guarantee of class mobility.In terms of the principle of differentiation,the vocational education college entrance examination demonstrates its fairness regulations through compensation for differences in admission opportunities,diverse recognition of ability development,and mutually beneficial coexistence in the educational ecosystem.The fairness construction of the vocational education college entrance examination system is not only a vivid embodiment of the notion of fairness and justice in the field of education,but also a key force in promoting the harmonious development of society.In the future,it is still necessary to further improve the vocational education college entrance examination system,in order to continuously promote the steady realization of educational equity and social justice.
