摘  要:教师队伍建设是高等职业教育高质量发展的核心要素。通过系统梳理近年来教育部出台的关于“双师型”教师队伍建设的文件,发现“双师型”教师队伍建设已成为目前建设新时代中国特色社会主义现代职业教育体系的首要任务。当下高职院校应以新修订的《职业教育法》为契机,厘清“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策演进与现实困境,通过探索高职院校“双师型”教师的准入体系、提升企业参与“双师型”教师培养的内生动力、强化高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的质量保障机制等策略,进一步推动高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设。Teaching staff construction is a core element for high-quality development of higher vocational education.By systematically reviewing the documents issued by the Ministry of Education in recent years regarding the construction of dual-qualified teachers,it is found that the construction of dual-qualified teaching staff has become the primary task in building a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.At present,vocational colleges should take the newly revised Vocational Education Law as an opportunity to clarify the policy evolution and practical difficulties of building dual-qualified teachers'teams and further promote the construction of dual-qualified teaching staff in vocational colleges by exploring the admission system for dual-qualified teachers in vocational colleges,enhancing the intrinsic motivation of enterprises to participate in the training of dual-qualified teaching staff,and strengthening the quality assurance mechanism of dual-qualified teaching staff construction in vocational colleges.
