老年教育数字化转型的现实困境及其对策研究

摘  要:数字化转型是助力老年教育实现高质量发展的必由之路,是促进老年人力资源开发的有效手段,能够推动积极老龄化的战略实施,有助于促进老年群体的社会参与和自我实现,促进老年教育资源的优化配置,提升老年教育的普惠程度。然而,老年教育数字化转型面临着老年人数字素养较低、数字化基础设施薄弱、社会支持体系不完善以及师资力量较为薄弱等困境。对此,应当提升老年人数字素养,加强数字化基础设施建设,健全老年人社会支持体系,加强老年教育师资队伍建设,从而推动老年教育数字化转型。The digital transformation is the way to help elderly education achieve high-quality development,and an effective means to promote the development of elderly human resources.It can promote the implementation of the strategy of active aging,help promote the social participation and self-realization of elderly groups,promote the optimal allocation of elderly education resources,and improve the inclusive degree of elderly education.However,the digital transformation of education for the elderly faces difficulties such as low digital literacy of the elderly,weak digital infrastructure,imperfect social support system and weak teachers.In this regard,we should enhance the digital literacy of the elderly,strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the social support system for the elderly,and strengthen the construction of senior education teachers,so as to promote the digital transformation of senior education.
