摘　　要：基底细胞痣综合征(basal cell nevus syndrome,BCNS)是一种极其少见的常染色体显性遗传疾病,其在口腔颌面部最常表现为牙源性角化囊肿(odontogenic keratocyst,OKC),同时在不同时期会出各类相关疾病。本文报告1例BCNS,并结合相关文献进行讨论,为临床诊疗提供参考。Basal cell nevus syndrome(BCNS)is a rare autosomal dominant disorder,which is most often manifested as odontogenic keratocysts(OKC)in the oral and maxillofacial region,and various related diseases may occur at different times of the patient's life.This paper reports a cases of basal cell nevus syndrome and discusses them with related literature to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
