摘  要:随着我国日益步入世界中心舞台,在中华民族伟大复兴战略全局与世界百年未有之大变局交织背景下,如何加强国际传播能力建设,形成与我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际话语权应运成为时代命题。高校作为科技创新、文化交流与人才培养的高地,参与国际传播工作有着深刻的理论逻辑与现实依据,在原则规范上需坚守意识形态边界强调政治性,丰富传播话语符号形态突出创新性,彰显高校优势地方特色等。部分高校通过深入探索高位引领、典型打造、多元参与、机制保障等多管齐下的立体化国际传播方法与路径,取得了有益的经验,使高校在推动国际传播效能提升中大有可为、大有作为。As China increasingly stepped onto the center stage of the world,in the background of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the momentous changes of a scale unseen in a century,how to establish international discourse power that matched China’s comprehensive national strength and international status has become a vital topic of the times.As highlands for technological innovation,cultural exchange,and talent cultivation,universities’participation in international communication has profound theoretical logic and practical basis.It was essential for universities to follow principles and norms in international communication,such as holding ideological boundaries,emphasizing political awareness,enriching the forms of communication discourse,and manifesting their own unique advantages and local characteristics.Some universities had explored a multi-faceted approach to international communication through high-level leadership,model creation,diverse participation,and mechanism guarantees,etc.These efforts achieved valuable experiences,demonstrating that universities have substantial potential and opportunities to enhance their effectiveness in the field of international communication.
