摘 要:教育是重教与尚学统一的过程,以学养人是促成重教与尚学统一的重要路径。在各级各类教育场景中,可以从立身、立德、立学三个层面理解以学养人的教育意蕴。以学养人的协同价值主要体现为通过“学”养成“合理的前见”,达成教育对象对文化知识的理解;通过“学”建构认知图示,促进教育对象对文化知识的吸收;通过“学”增强实践本领,推动文化知识在教育对象中的知行合一。在实践中,通过形成恰当的学习动机、选择积极的学习内容、采用科学的学习方式、注重契合的学习层次,有利于达成教育者与教育对象的积极互动,推动育人实践的高质量发展。Education is a process that unites the emphasis on education and the advocacy of learning,and nurturing people by learning is an important pathway to achieving the unity.In various education⁃al scenarios at all levels,the educational implications of nurturing people by learning can be under⁃stood from three aspects,namely,establishing one’s conduct,cultivating moral character and pursuing ac⁃ademic studies.The synergistic value of nurturing people by learning is mainly reflected in the develop⁃ment of“reasonable foresight”by“learning”to help the eudcated achieve the understanding of cultur⁃al knowledge,in the construction of cognitive schema by“learning”to help the educated promote the absorption of cultural knowledge,and in the enhancement of“practical skills”by“learning”to help the educated promote the unity of knowledge and action of cultural knowledge.In practice,the forma⁃tion of appropriate learning motives,the selection of positive learning content,the adoption of scientific learning methods and the focus on suitable learning levels are conducive to the positive interaction be⁃tween educators and the educated,and promoting the high-quality development of educational practice.
