大职教观视野下职业教育与开放教育协同发展的价值、困境与进路

摘　　要：职业教育与开放教育作为构建终身教育体系的重要支撑,其协同发展已成为推动教育强国建设的共同价值追寻。黄炎培大职业教育观视野下,职业教育与开放教育协同发展的价值在于:驱动双方回归教育的“职业性”本位价值、彰显中国本土化的终身教育理论价值、提升其协同发展适应性和科学化的实践价值。面对职业教育与开放教育“社会化程度不够,协同发展合力不足”“科学化轨道偏离,协同发展流于表面”的现实困境,其协同发展的实践进路是:坚持“职业性”属性,实现育人目标协同;坚持“跨界性”本质,推动育人路径协同;坚持“系统性”思维,统筹资源配置协同;坚持“综合性”评价,推进育人结果协同。Vocational education and open education,as important supports for building a lifelong education system,their collaborative development has become a common value pursuit for promoting the construction of a strong educational nation.Under Huang Yanpei's macro-vocational education philosophy,their collaborative value lies in:revitalizing the"vocational"essence of education,highlighting localized lifelong education theories,and enhancing adaptive and scientific practices.Facing the practical dilemmas of"insufficient socialization and inadequate collaborative development efforts"and"superficial alignment due to deviations from the scientific track",the practical pathways for collaborative development are proposed:adhering to the"vocational"attribute and achieving synergy in educational objectives,upholding the"cross-disciplinary"essence and promoting synergy in educational paths,maintaining a"systemic"mindset and coordinating resource allocation synergy,and insisting on"comprehensive"evaluation and advancing synergy in educational outcomes.
