传统消化内镜教学模式联合虚拟现实技术在进修医师教育上的应用

摘  要:目的 评估结合虚拟现实内镜模拟器与传统消化内镜教学方法在提高进修医师教学效果中的应用价值。方法 选择2019年1月—2023年12月在本院消化内镜室参加进修培训的64名医生作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与联合教学组两组,每组各32名。常规组仅采用传统的师父带徒弟的教学方式,联合教学组在继承传统教学模式的同时,引入了虚拟现实内镜模拟训练这一新元素。结果 在基本理论知识、疾病诊断能力以及总成绩方面,传统教学模式与传统与虚拟现实技术结合的教学模式之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。然而,在虚拟现实内镜模拟器的胃镜模块考核中,尽管两种教学方法在操作成功率和疾病诊断准确率上无显著差异,联合教学模式组在完成时间上表现更优[(5.1±0.3)min vs(5.5±0.4)min,P<0.001]。在实际患者胃镜检查中,联合教学模式组同样展现出更短的操作时间[(5.6±0.8)min vs(6.2±1.4)min,P=0.027]。在肠镜模块考核中,联合教学模式组的结肠镜操作成功率更高(84.5%vs 56.2%,P=0.027),并且在舒适度、肠袢形成以及总评分上均优于传统教学模式组。结论 将虚拟现实内镜技术与传统消化内镜教学模式相结合,能够有效提升进修医师的教学成效。Objective To evaluate the application value of combining virtual reality endoscopy simulators with traditional digestive endoscopy teaching methods in enhancing the teaching effectiveness for training physicians.Methods A total of 64 physicians who participated in training at the digestive endoscopy unit of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group and the combined teaching group,with 32 participants in each group.The conventional group received only the traditional master-apprentice teaching method,while the combined teaching group incorporated virtual reality endoscopy simulation training as a new element in addition to the traditional teaching model.Results There were no significant differences between the conventional teaching model and the combined teaching model integrating virtual reality technology in terms of basic theoretical knowledge,disease diagnostic ability,and overall scores(P>0.05).However,in the gastroscopy module assessment of the virtual reality endoscopy simulator,although there were no significant differences in the operation success rate and disease diagnostic accuracy between the two teaching methods,the combined teaching model group demonstrated superior performance in completion time(5.1±0.3 minutes vs.5.5±0.4 minutes,P<0.001).In actual patient gastroscopy examinations,the combined teaching model group also demonstrated shorter operation times(5.6±0.8 minutes vs.6.2±1.4 minutes,P=0.027).In the colonoscopy module assessment,the combined group had a higher success rate in colonoscopy(84.5%vs.56.2%,P=0.027),and scored higher in comfort,loop formation,and overall scores compared to the conventional group.Conclusions The integration of virtual reality endoscopy technology with conventional endoscopy teaching models can effectively improve the teaching outcomes for training physicians.
