社区支持视角下乡村教师队伍建设的内在逻辑与实施策略

摘  要:乡村教师队伍建设是乡村教育质量提升的关键要素,也是乡村振兴的重要支撑。新时期乡村教师队伍建设的主要问题是乡村教师缺少与乡村社区进行深度互动的条件与机会,无法建立起与乡村社区之间的密切关系,因而缺乏社区的有效支持。社区支持视角下,乡村教师队伍建设的内在逻辑表现为城乡教育优质均衡发展、城乡教师良性互动交流、学校与社区建设教育生活共同体,是建设好乡村教师队伍的前提条件。乡村教师要通过主动投入教育教学改革、公共事务承担、乡土文化传承,在获得乡村社区居民、组织、文化支持基础上实现乡村教师身份的内外确认,成为乡村教育事业的承担者和美好乡村建设的践行者。The construction of rural teacher teams is a key element in improving the quality of rural education and an important support for rural revitalization.The main problem in the construction of rural teacher teams in the new era is that rural teachers lack the conditions and opportunities to actively interact with rural communities,and cannot establish cultural and psychological connections with rural communities,thus lacking effective support from the community.The internal logic of building a rural teacher team from the perspective of community support is the high-quality and balanced development of urban-rural education,positive interaction and exchange among urban-rural teachers,and the construction of an educational community between schools and communities.Rural teachers,through proactive curriculum and teaching reforms,undertaking public affairs,and inheriting local culture,achieve internal and external confirmation of their identity as rural teachers on the basis of receiving support from rural communities,and fulfill the historical mission entrusted by the Party and people.
