摘 要:食育是以饮食为基础的教育方式。学校食育承载着培养中小学生良好习惯、增强中小学生体质、落实“健康中国”战略等多重价值期待。日本将食育作为基本国策,并视其为学校教育的核心内容,经历了重视食育文化、强调食育育人到贯彻食育立国的发展历程。在这一过程中,日本学校食育形成了较为完善的制度体系,构建了以学校营养教师为实施主体,以健康饮食、饮食文化、校内外协同等为育人内容,评价体系健全的食育机制,对我国的食育工作推进有着重要的借鉴意义。未来可从完善食育规范制度、培育教师食育素养、挖掘多样食育元素入手,建构具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的中小学食育体系。Shokuiku is an educational approach based on dietary habits.School-based shokuiku bears multiple expectations,including cultivating good habits among primary and secondary school students,enhancing their physical health,and implementing the“Healthy China”strategy.Japan has established food education as a fundamental national policy and taken it as the core content of school education.It has gone through a development process from emphasizing food education culture,highlighting the educational function of food education to implementing the strategy of building the country through food education.Throughout this process,Japan has developed a well-structured institutional framework for school-based shokuiku,with school nutrition teachers as the primary implementers.This system integrates multiple dimensions,such as healthy eating,food culture,and collaboration among schools,families,and communities,supported by a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.Japan’s experience offers valuable insights for advancing food education in China.Moving forward,China can establish a distinctive school-based shokuiku system by refining regulatory frameworks to provide clear guidelines,fostering teachers’competencies in food education to ensure qualified educators,and incorporating diverse food education elements to enrich curriculum content,thereby shaping a food education model with Chinese characteristics,style,and identity.
