摘　　要：明清徽商家风历经成商帮、系家庭、续家风的发展,蕴含着崇德与节义的修身之风、和睦与孝义的齐家之风、诚信与正义的交友之风及行善与忠义的济世之风等多重内涵。其不仅以独到的商业智慧赢得了商界的广泛赞誉,更以深厚的家风底蕴为后世树立了典范。鉴于此,重新探索与挖掘明清徽商家风的当代价值,对共筑社会公德之基石、引领职业道德之新风、树立家庭美德之典范及塑造个人品德之风范等具有重要意义,也为进一步弘扬社会主义道德、促进社会主义家庭文明新风尚的建设与发展提供了宝贵的文化资源与实践借鉴。The family style of Huizhou merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties underwent a development process of forming a merchant group, connecting with the family, and continuing the family style. It contains multiple connotations, such as the cultivation style of advocating morality and upholding integrity and righteousness, the family governance style of harmony, filial piety and righteousness, the friendship style of honesty, trustworthiness and justice, and the style of helping the world through doing good deeds and showing loyalty and righteousness. It not only won widespread praise in the business community with its unique business wisdom, but also set a model for future generations with its profound family style heritage. In view of this, rediscovering and exploring the contemporary value of the family style of Huizhou merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties is of great significance in aspects such as jointly building the cornerstone of social morality, leading the new trend of professional ethics, setting an example of family virtues, and shaping the demeanor of personal morality. It also provides valuable ideological resources and practical references for further promoting socialist morality and promoting the construction and development of a new socialist family civilization fashion.
