摘  要:目的探讨以团队为基础的教学(team based learning,TBL)结合医用仿真教具教学法对乳腺甲状腺外科实习学生临床思维和操作能力的培养效果。方法选取2023年3—9月新疆医科大学第七附属医院普外科70名实习生为研究对象。依据不同教学模式分为两组,各35名。常规组实施常规教学法,联合组实施TBL结合医用仿真教具教学法。比较两组实习生的临床思维、操作能力、教学满意度。结果联合组系统思维、循证思维、评判思维评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组解剖技能、手术操作技巧、组织处理与缝合、术中决策与应变、团队协作与沟通评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组实习生对教学总满意度为100.00%(35/35),高于常规组的82.86%(29/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.557,P<0.05)。结论TBL与医用仿真教具教学法相结合的教学模式,不仅能够提升乳腺甲状腺外科实习学生的临床思维与操作能力,还能提高其对教学的满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of team based learning(TBL)combined with medical simulation teaching aids on the cultivation of clinical thinking and operational abilities of breast and thyroid surgery interns.Methods From March to September 2023,seventy interns in the Department of General Surgery of the Seventh Affiliated Hospi‐tal of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching models,they were divided into two groups,thirty-five cases in each group.The conventional teaching method was used in the con‐ventional group,and the TBL combined with medical simulation teaching method was used in the combined group.The clinical thinking,operation ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of systematic thinking,evidence-based thinking and critical thinking in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of ana‐tomical skills,surgical operation skills,tissue processing and suture,intraoperative decision-making and strain,team cooperation and communication in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the dif‐ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of interns in the combined group was 100.00%(35/35),which was higher than 82.86%(29/35)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.557,P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of TBL combined with medical simulation teaching method can not only improve the clinical thinking and operation ability of the intern students in breast and thyroid sur‐gery,but also improve their satisfaction with teaching,which is worthy of reference.
