摘　　要：目的探讨导师制与轮转制相结合的培养模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月期间在山东第二医科大学附属医院消化内科接受住院医师规范化培训的60名学员作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30名。对照组接受传统轮转制培训方式,观察组采用导师制与轮转制相结合的培养模式。培训结束后对两组理论知识考核、临床技能考核、综合能力评价和满意度进行调查。结果观察组理论知识考核得分(92.52±4.23)分和临床技能考核得分(93.31±3.82)分高于对照组的(86.73±5.12)分、(88.64±4.53)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.837,4.392;P均<0.05)。观察组综合评价得分高于对照组,观察组对培训模式的满意度评分也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论导师制与轮转制相结合的培养模式能有效提高消化内科住院医师的综合培训质量。Objective To explore the effectiveness of a combined mentorship and rotation training model in standard‐ized residency training for gastroenterology.Methods Sixty trainees in standardized training of resident doctors in the Department of Gastroenterology at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with thirty residents in each group.The control group received traditional rotation training,while the observation group adopted a combined mentorship and rotation training model.After the training,both groups were evaluated on theoreti‐cal knowledge,clinical skills,comprehensive ability assessment,and satisfaction survey.Results The scores of theo‐retical knowledge assessment and clinical skill assessment were 92.52±4.23,93.31±3.82 in the observation group,which were higher than 86.73±5.12,88.64±4.53 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.837,4.392;both P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the satisfaction scores with the training model were also higher in the observation group than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined mentorship and rotation training model can effectively improve the comprehensive training quality of gastroenterology residents.
