基于IPE理论的绩效管理模式在医院人力资源管理中的应用价值

摘  要:目的探讨基于岗位价值评估(international position evaluation,IPE)理论的绩效管理模式在医院人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法选取在汶上县人民医院工作的25名工作人员为研究对象,在2023年1—6月期间实行传统绩效管理模式,纳入对照组;在2023年7—12月期间实行基于IPE理论的绩效管理模式,纳入研究组。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组管理水平评分高于对照组,观察组职业倦怠感评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作满意度100.00%(25/25)高于对照组76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05)。结论基于IPE理论的绩效管理模式能够显著提升医院的管理水平,减轻员工的职业倦怠感,并大幅提高工作满意度,对于优化医院人力资源管理具有重要意义。Objective To explore the application effect of performance management mode based on International Posi‐tion Evaluation(IPE)theory in hospital human resource management.Methods Twenty-five staff members working in Wenshang County People's Hospital were selected.The traditional performance management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 and included in the control group;the performance management mode based on IPE theory was implemented from July to December 2023 and included in the research group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The management level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group,the burnout scores in the observation group were lower than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction in the observation group 100.00%(25/25)was higher than 76.00%(19/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion The performance management model based on IPE theory can significantly improve the manage‐ment level of hospitals,reduce employees'burnout,and substantially increase job satisfaction,which is of great signifi‐cance for optimizing human resource management in hospitals.
