互联网+理念下CBL教学法在消化科实习生带教中的应用

摘  要:目的分析消化科实习生带教中采用互联网+理念下基于案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2024年6月长春市中心医院的52名实习生为研究对象,根据带教教学模式不同分为对照组、观察组各26名,对照组接受常规教学模式,观察组接受互联网+理念下CBL教学法。对比两组实习生的临床综合能力、医患沟通技能、职业素养以及教学满意度。结果观察组实习生临床综合能力评分(59.14±0.88)分高于对照组的(56.37±1.07)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.195,P<0.05)。观察组的医患沟通技能和职业素养评分高于对照组,教学满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消化科实习生带教中采用互联网+理念下CBL教学法,可改善实习生的临床综合能力、医患沟通技能、职业素养评分及教学满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of case-based learning(CBL)method under the concept of Internet+in the teaching of interns in the Gastroenterology Department.Methods Fifty-two interns from Changchun City Central Hospital from September 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different teaching modes,with twenty-six students in both groups.The control group re‐ceived conventional teaching mode,while the observation group received CBL teaching method based on the Internet+concept.The clinical comprehensive ability,doctor-patient communication skills,professional quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The score of clinical comprehensive ability in the ob‐servation group was 59.14±0.88,which was higher than 56.37±1.07 in the control group,and the difference was statis‐tically significant(t=10.195,P<0.05).The scores of doctor-patient communication skills and professional quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the teaching satisfaction were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method under the concept of Internet+can improve the clinical comprehensive ability,doctor-patient communication skills,professional quality score and teaching satisfaction of interns in gastroenterology department.
