摘　　要：在新时代的背景下,党对于高校所开展的思想政治工作有了更高的要求与准则。在高校政治教育改革创新中,要准确区分显性与隐性教育在日常教学中的现状,强化高校思政课教师对教育改革创新内容的认知。全方位优化高校思政教育中隐形教育环境,必须强化高校精神环境、物质环境、规章制度及其管理体系的建设。强化高校思政教育中显性教育与隐性教育的融合,必须加强高校思想政治课显性教育中的隐形渗透,加强高校“思政课程”显性教育与“课程思政”隐性教育的结合。In the new era,the Party has raised higher standards for ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This study examines the current state of explicit and implicit education in college ideological teaching,emphasizing the need to enhance teachers'understanding of reform and innovation.Optimizing the implicit education environment requires strengthening spiritual,material,institutional,and management systems,while unifying explicit and implicit education involves embedding implicit elements in explicit ideological and political courses and integrating“ideological and political courses”with“curriculum-based ideological and political education”for a cohesive approach.
