摘　　要：“阴火论”是李东垣在深研《黄帝内经》的基础上,结合临证经验首倡的创新性学说,所创“甘温除大热”的治疗大法为内伤发热的证治提供了新思路。笔者通过研究,认为李东垣的“阴火”本质是阴分之元气郁而化生的内伤病理实火的总称,是由饮食劳倦或七情所伤导致脾胃虚弱,元气不足,气机失调,阳陷于阴,郁而化火所致。文章通过剖析《脾胃论》和《内外伤辨惑论》原文,对“阴火”的本质、产生的机理、临床表现和治法方药作简要分析。The‘yin-fire theory'is an innovative doctrine advocated by LI Dongyuan based on his deep study of Huangdi Neijing and his clinical experience,and his treatment method of‘sweet warmth to remove great heat'provided new ideas for the treatment of internal injuries and fever.Through research,the author believe that the essence of‘yin-fire'of LI Dongyuan is a general term for the real fire of internal injury pathology that is generated by the depression of the yin component of the vital energy,which is caused by the weakness of the spleen and stomach due to diet and fatigue or the injury of the emotions,the deficiency of the vital energy,the dysregulation of the qi mechanism,the yang trapped in the yin,and the depression and heat.This article analyze the nature,mechanism,clinical manifestations,treatment and prescriptions of‘yin-fire'by analyzing the original text of the Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach and the Treatise on the Confusion of Internal and External Injuries.
