基于青城山道医师承的叙事研究探讨道医师承的价值取向、师徒关系及其当代价值

摘　　要：“道医”作为医师群体的称谓时,是指医德高尚、医术精湛的卓越道士医师,是集天人学问于一身、掌握岐黄济生道理法术的精髓、心怀苍生同体大悲的有道之士。而道医师承培养了数不胜数的名医,有其独特的成功之处。但关于道医师承的研究不够,在掌握的成果文献资料较为缺乏情况下,文章采用叙事研究法,对青城山的道士医师的叙事信息进行整合、分析研究发现:道医师承的成功根本在于道医师承的价值取向,即道医师承是道教医学传承的根本,是道医无上的使命;以及道医师承的生命价值追求。医道师承的价值取向也是影响道医良好师徒关系建立的核心要素,而“师徒如父子”的良好师徒关系的建立是道医师承成功的关键。道医师承的价值取向和师徒关系,对当前中医院校师生关系中“利人”即是“利己”、“成医事”即是“成已”价值重构和当前院校中医培养导师制实施有一定借鉴价值。When‘Taoist doctor'is called as a group of doctors,it refers to the excellent Taoist physician with noble medical ethics and superb medical skills,who integrates the knowledge of heaven and man,grasps the quintessence of the magic of Qihuang,and is a righteous person who harbors great compassion for the common people.Taoist doctors have trained countless famous doctors,which has its unique success.However,the research on the inheritance of Taoist doctors is not enough,and in the absence of available documentation of the results,the narrative research method is used to integrate and analyze the narrative information of the Taoist doctors in Qingcheng Mountain for research.The success of the Taoist doctors'inheritance lies in the value orientation of the Taoist doctors'inheritance,that is,Taoist doctors'inheritance is the foundation of Taoist medical inheritance and the supreme mission of Taoist doctors,and they inherit the life value pursuit of‘respect life'and‘accumulate benevolence'.The value orientation of Taoist doctors'inheritance is also the core factor affecting the establishment of a good master-apprentice relationship,and the establishment of a good master-apprentice relationship of‘master-apprentice as fatherson'is the key to the success of Taoist doctors'inheritance.The value orientation and master-apprentice relationship of the Taoist doctors'inheritance have a certain reference value for the value reconstruction,that is,‘benefiting others'is‘benefiting oneself,‘becoming a doctor'is‘becoming oneself'in the current master-apprentice relationship of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and the implementation of the current mentorship of traditional Chinese medical doctors training in colleges and universities.
