摘　　要：创新人才培养是推进人才强国战略、赋能新质生产力发展与促进社会进步的必然要求。教育空间作为培养创新人才的物质与精神载体,与创新人才培养之间存在着密切的促进和互动关系。教育空间不仅具有物质空间内涵,还体现为教育文化背景与主体心理情感体验。通过物质空间布局、精神空间浸润、社会空间发展等方式能够赋能创新人才培养。当前教育情境下,创新人才培养面临教育空间的同质化和资本化倾向日益凸显、空间自生产能力低效以及空间人本向度缺失等现实问题。据此,应通过构建差异性空间、完善空间规划和管理制度、推动教育空间合理转向、加快教育生态重构等方式,促进教育空间和创新人才培养的耦合协调,提升创新人才培养成效,助推中国式教育现代化和教育高质量发展的顺利实现。Innovative talent cultivation is an inevitable requirement for promoting the strategy of building a strong country with talents,empowering the development of new quality productive forces and promoting social progress.As a material and spiritual carrier for cultivating innovative talents,educational space has a close promoting and interactive relationship with the cultivation of innovative talents.The educational space not only has material spatial connotations,but also reflects the educational cultural background and the subject's psychological and emotional experiences,empowering the cultivation of innovative talents through material spatial layout,spiritual spatial infiltration,and social spatial development.In the current educational context,the cultivation of innovative talents is facing increasingly prominent problems such as increasing homogenization and capitalization of educational space,low efficiency of spatial self-production capacity,and the lack of spatial humanistic orientation.Based on this,we should promote the coupling and coordination of educational space and innovative talent cultivation by constructing differentiated spaces,improving spatial planning and management systems,promoting the rational transformation of educational space,and accelerating the reconstruction of educational ecology,etc.,so as to enhance the effectiveness of innovative talent cultivation,and promote the realization of Chinese style educational modernization and high-quality development of education smoothly.
