摘  要:高质量残疾人职业教育是高质量教育体系的重要组成部分。新时代高质量残疾人职业教育以“志智双扶”为精神内核、以“适切相宜”为理念导向、以“德技并修”为培养标准。基于当前我国教育的主要矛盾构建理论框架剖析残疾人职业教育实践样态,发现诸多困境制约残疾人职业教育高质量发展,其中,“发展不平衡”主要表现在教育资源配置失衡、办学结构体系不全两方面;“发展不充分”主要表现在教育发展规模较小、教育教学质量薄弱两方面。有鉴于此,建议统筹残疾人职业教育资源配置、健全残疾人职业教育办学体制、扩充残疾人职业教育办学规模、提升残疾人职业教育教学质量,最终推动残疾人职业教育高质量发展。High-quality vocational education for persons with disabilities is an important part of high-quality education system.High-quality vocational education for persons with disabilities takes"simultaneous support in aspiration and wisdom"as its spiritual core,"appropriateness and suitability"as its ideological orientation,and""cultivation in both morality and technique"as its training standard in the new era.Based on the current contradictions in education in China,the paper have constructed a theoretical framework to analyze the practice patern of vocational education for persons with disabilities,and found that many dilemmas restrict the highquality development of vocational education for them,among which"unbalanced development"is mainly manifested in the unbalanced allocation of educational resources and the incomplete structure of the school system."Insufficient development"is mainly manifested in the small scale of education development and weak quality of education and teaching.In view of these,it is suggested to coordinate the allocation of vocational education resources for persons with disabilities,improve the educational system of vocational education,expand the scale of vocational education,improve the quality of vocational education,so as to ultimately promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
