摘 要:为探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童执行功能的特点以及正念训练干预方案对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的执行功能干预的有效性。本研究的研究一对比普通儿童与注意缺陷多动障碍儿童执行功能(抑制控制、工作记忆、认知灵活性)的差异,探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童执行功能的特点。研究二探究正念训练对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童执行功能的提升效果,并使用五因素正念量表检验被试干预前后正念水平的变化。研究得出以下结论:(1)注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的执行功能能力显著低于普通儿童。(2)运用正念训练进行干预能够提升注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的执行功能,干预后能起到良好效果。(3)在接受正念训练后,注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的正念水平有所提升。To explore the characteristics of executive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and the effectiveness of mindfulness training intervention program on them.The first study of this study compared the differences of executive function(inhibitory control,working memory,cognitive flexibility)between ordinary children and children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and explored the characteristics of executive function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.The second study explored the effect of mindfulness training on the improvement of executive function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and used the five-factor mindfulness scale to examine the changes in the level of mindfulness before and after the intervention.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The executive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is significantly lower than that of ordinary children.(2)The use of mindfulness training to intervene can improve the executive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and the intervention can have a good effect.(3)After receiving mindfulness training,the level of mindfulness of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is improved.
