摘　　要：“健康中国2030”为检验技术人才的培育设定了新的标准,特别强调了课程体系的构建是提高检验技术人才培养水平的核心。作为省级一流专业建设点,检验技术专业致力于培育出顶尖的应用型检验技术人才。文章深入探讨了医学检验技术专业的课程配置、教学策略以及课程评估模式的现状,并提出了建立以学生为中心、以岗位能力为导向的医学检验技术专业理论课程和实践教学模式。在制定人才培养方案的过程中,构建了“三导向”人才培养体系,全面增强了该专业学生的人文素养、身心素养和专业素养。在教学实施过程中,尝试对课程体系进行优化,不断创新教学方法、改革评价机制等措施,有效提升了医学检验技术专业的人才培养质量。The“Healthy China 2030”has established new benchmarks for the cultivation of technical talents,emphasizing that the construction of the curriculum system is pivotal to enhancing the training level of laboratory technology talents.As a provincial first-class professional construction point,Qiqihar Medical University’s laboratory technology major is dedicated to fostering top-tier applied laboratory technology talents.This article explores the current state of the curriculum configuration,teaching strategies,and curriculum evaluation models of the medical laboratory technology major.It proposes the establishment of a student-centered,job ability-oriented theoretical curriculum and practical teaching model for medical laboratory technology.During the formulation of talent training programs,a“three-orientation”talent training system has been developed,which has comprehensively improved students’humanistic literacy,physical and mental literacy,and professional literacy.In the implementation of teaching,efforts have been made to optimize the curriculum system,continuously innovate teaching methods,and reform the evaluation mechanism,effectively enhancing the quality of talent training for the medical laboratory technology major.
