摘　　要：现代医学教育注重学生的学习成果,强调对其实际能力的培养。基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)作为一种以学生为中心、以结果为导向的教学理念,强调明确的教育目标、持续改进和多元化评价,被广泛应用于全球。妇产科学作为医学教育的重要领域,其见习教学的改革应紧随医学教育改革的步伐,特别是探索基于OBE理念对妇产科见习教学的改革,对提高医学生的临床实践能力和专业素养具有重要意义。文章系统地剖析了传统妇产科见习教学中存在的教学内容碎片化、学生参与度不足等弊端,并基于OBE理念构建了以临床胜任力为导向的教学框架,详细阐述了其在妇产科学见习课堂中的应用优势,同时分析了可能面临的师资培训不足、案例资源短缺等问题,并提出针对性解决方案。通过理论与实践相结合的方式,深入探讨了OBE理念推动妇产科见习教学改革的可行性,以期为临床医学教育的高质量发展提供可操作的借鉴与启示。Modern medical education pays attention to students’learning results and emphasizes the cultivation of their practical ability.Outcome-based education(OBE),as a student-centered and results oriented teaching philosophy,emphasizes clear educational goals,continuous improvement,and diversified evaluation,and has been widely applied globally.Obstetrics and gynecology,as an important field of medical education,its internship teaching reform should closely follow the pace of medical education reform,especially exploring the reform of obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching based on the OBE concept,which is of great significance for improving the clinical practice ability and professional literacy of medical students.This article systematically analyzes the limitations of traditional obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching,including fragmented curriculum content and low student engagement,constructs a clinical competency-based teaching framework based on the concept of OBE,elaborates its application advantages in obstetrics and gynecology internship classroom teaching.This paper further analyzes potential implementation challenges such as insufficient teacher training and shortage of case resources,while proposing practical countermeasures.Through integrating theoretical foundations with practical applications,this article thoroughly investigates the feasibility of implementing OBE concept in obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching reform,with the ultimate goal of providing actionable insights to enhance the quality of clinical medical education.
