摘 要:目的 探讨以执业医师考试为导向的基于团队的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在诊断学实验课(以腹部体格检查为例)的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9―12月遵义医科大学2021级临床医学的102名学生。以班级为整体,采用数字随机表法进行分组,将2021级的13、23班作为对照组,将2021级的12、22班作为试验组,各51名。对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用以执业医师考试为导向的TBL教学法。分别对2组学生进行课后小测验和腹部体格检查的技能考核,同时收集学生的心得体会和问卷调查。结果 试验组的课后测试成绩及腹部体格检查考核成绩[95.00(80.00,100.00)分,84.00(74.00,89.00)分],均高于对照组[80.00(70.00,90.00)分,78.00(70.00,85.00)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组在各项学习情况的占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组在各方面能力得到锻炼的占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组对新教学模式的接受度为94.10%,高于对照组(78.40%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 以执业医师考试为导向的TBL教学法在诊断学实验课(以腹部体格检查为例)教学中的应用效果良好,有助于提升学生的考核成绩和教学模式接受度,且学生的学习情况较好,使其在各方面的能力得到了锻炼。Objective To investigate the effect of team-based learning(TBL)teaching method based on medical examination in diagnostics experiment course(taking abdominal physical examination as an example).Methods A total of 102 students of clinical medicine of 2021 grade in Zunyi Medical University from September to December 2023 were selected.Taking the classes as a whole,the numerical random table method was used,the class 13 and 23 of grade 2021 were set as the control group,and the class 12 and 22 of grade 2021 were set as the experimental group,with 51 students in each groups.The control group was taught with traditional teaching,and the experimental group was taught with TBL teaching method based on medical examination,and the two groups of students were given post-class quizzes and skill tests of abdominal physical examination respectively,and students’experiences and questionnaires were collected at the same time.Results The post-test scores and abdominal physical examination scores of the experimental group[95.00(80.00,100.00)points,84.00(74.00,89.00)points],were higher than those of the control group[80.00(70.00,90.00)points,78.00(70.00,85.00)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of all learning conditions in experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of ability exercise in experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The acceptance rate of the experimental group to the new teaching model was 94.10%,higher than that of the control group(78.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the TBL teaching method based on the medical examination in the teaching of diagnostic experiment course(taking abdominal physical examination as an example)has good effect,which can helps to improve the students’assessment results and the acceptance of teaching model.Moreover,the stud
