摘 要:老年期痴呆作为导致老年人失能失智的首要致残性疾病,其高患病率与病程不可逆性使得该疾病已成为全球老龄化社会面临的重大公共卫生挑战。针对老年期痴呆的临床教学体系革新具有迫切的现实意义。文章立足该疾病临床表现的特殊性与诊疗的复杂性,系统剖析临床教学的关键环节。总结了老年期痴呆的临床实践教学特点和难点,强化疾病全程管理思维;为突破传统教学模式局限,运用融合多种教学方法和新的教学模式,如以案例为基础的教学法、医学模拟教学,情景教学等,提高学员对老年期痴呆学习兴趣、学习质量和学习效果;培养学员的临床思维和能力,培养医患沟通与人文关怀能力。本教学体系创新性地将痴呆医学的特殊性与教育学的现代理念相融合。这些实践经验为应对银发浪潮下的痴呆防治人才培养提供了可借鉴的教学范式,对推进健康老龄化战略具有重要实践价值。As the leading disabling disease that leads to dementia in the elderly,the high prevalence and irreversible course of dementia have made the disease a major public health challenge for the aging society worldwide.It is of urgent practical significance to innovate the clinical teaching system for dementia in old age.This article analyzes the key aspects of clinical teaching based on the specificity of clinical manifestations and complexity of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.It summarizes the characteristics and difficulties of the clinical teaching of dementia and strengthens the thinking of the whole management of the disease;in order to break through the limitations of the traditional teaching mode,it uses a variety of teaching methods and new teaching modes,such as case-based teaching methods,medical simulation teaching,situational teaching,etc.,to improve the interest of the trainees in learning about senile dementia,the quality of their learning,and the learning effects;to cultivate the clinical thinking and ability of the trainees and the ability of the doctors and patients to communicate and care for the humanities.The teaching system innovatively integrates dementia into the curriculum.The teaching system innovatively integrates the special characteristics of dementia medicine with the modern concepts of pedagogy.These practical experiences provide a replicable and generalizable teaching mode for the training of dementia prevention and treatment talents in response to the wave of silver hair,which is of great practical value for promoting the strategy of healthy aging.
