摘  要:岗位胜任力导向已成为当今医学教育改革发展的趋势。如何使现有的教学模式适应新时代的教学要求,并契合儿科住院医师规范化培训的岗位胜任力导向培养目标,成为儿科教学工作的当务之急。近年来,银川市妇幼保健院儿科基地不断探索按照“5步走模式”将以岗位胜任力为导向的分层递进教学模式贯穿整个培训体系,逐步建立在领导机制、师资队伍建设、教学、培训、考核方式等多方面、多环节、多维度的分层递进模式,全方位推动了医院住院医师规范化培训建设,为提升住院医师规范化培训质量提供了强有力的支撑。文章梳理总结了银川市妇幼保健院以岗位胜任力为导向的分层递进教学模式在儿科住培医师培养中的应用情况,旨在为相关培训基地提升住院医师规范化培训质量提供思路参考与经验借鉴。The orientation of post competency has become the trend in the reform and development of medical education nowadays.How to make the existing teaching models adapt to teaching requirements of the new era and conform to the training goal guided by post competency for standardized training for residents in the department of pediatrics has become the top priority in pediatric teaching work.In recent years,the Pediatric Base of Yinchuan Women and Children Healthcare Hospital has been constantly exploring to implement the hierarchical and progressive teaching model oriented by post competency throughout the entire training system in accordance with the“five-step model”.A hierarchical and progressive model has been gradually established in multiple aspects,links and dimensions,such as the leadership mechanism,construction of teaching staff,teaching,training and assessment methods,which has comprehensively promoted the construction of the standardized training for residents in the hospital and provided strong support for improving the quality of standardized training for residents.This article has sorted out and summarized the application of the hierarchical and progressive teaching model oriented by post competency in the cultivation of pediatric resident physicians at Yinchuan Women and Children Healthcare Hospital,aiming to provide ideas and experience for relevant training bases to improve the quality of standardized training for residents.
